The company is located in the Modern Agricultural Products Processing Park in Taixing City, Jiangsu Province, within the 2.5-hour economic circle of the core urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, Nanjing, etc.), covering an area of 32988m2.The first phase of the project includes a production plant, raw material warehouse, product warehouse, office building, and supporting facilities.
More than 300 sets of equipment, including ethanol distillation tower, MVR evaporator, alkalization kneading machine, etherification machine, etc., have been purchased. The entire line is equipped with DCS automatic control system, GMP packaging workshop, and research and development center. After the project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 12000 tons and its products will be widely used in the food industry, such as lactic acid drinks, cold products, solid drinks, fruit juice, jam, baked goods, instant noodles, jelly, etc.The company has independent research and development technology, with dozens of senior engineers, intermediate engineers, and graduate students from well-known universities. It also cooperates with well-known domestic universities to research and produce various CMC products. At present, the company can produce various viscosity products, including ultra-high viscosity and ultra-low viscosity, widely used in food additives, pulp and paper making, printing paste, new energy batteries and many other fields. Customize and develop exclusive products for different fields and customers, and provide personalized solutions.
